hCG Strawberry Vinaigrette

Strawberry vinaigrette 

Ingredients
1 serving (1 fruit)

• Strawberries
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Stevia to taste
• Dash of salt
• Dash of cayenne (optional)
• Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions: Combine all ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour over
fresh green salad. Garnish with sliced strawberries and freshly
ground black pepper. Variations: use as a marinade or sauce for chicken.

hCG Recipe- Shrimp and Spinach


hCG Shrimp and Spinach Recipe



Ingredients:
100g shrimp (peeled & deveined) 
200g spinach (or amount allo
wed) 
3T water 
juice of 1 lemon (or 1/2 lemon if you like things less lemony) 
4-5 cloves minced garlic 
salt 
black pepper
Directions:
Preheat non-stick skillet over MED heat. Add 3T water, garlic, and shrimp. Cook 5 mins or until shrimp just turns pink. Squeeze in juice of 1 lemon. Add spinach. Toss in salt & pepper. Cook uncovered until spinach wilts. Serve.

Lemon-Lime Tilapia





Lemon-Lime Tilapia



Ingredients:
3.5 ounces tilapia or any white fish
1/2 lemon slice
1/2 lime slice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 T. sea salt
1/4 T. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry dill
1/2 cup water


Directions:
Mix together lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill. Marinate fish in seasonings for 10 minutes and wrap in foil. Cook at 425 for 12-15 Minutes and serve.


Makes one serving.

hCG Recipe- Beef Cabbage Rolls




100 grams lean ground beef each serving
1 cup organic beef broth low sodium
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly blanch (seer) large cabbage leaves and set aside. In small frying pan, combine ground beef, garlic and spices and cook until brown. Spoon ground beef mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends and roll up (burrito style). Put cabbage rolls in a baking dish and add low sodium beef broth to the bottom of the pan. Brush lightly with beef broth and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes. Spoon sauce over cabbage rolls periodically to keep moist.

Make multiple servings at one time for best results.
